Non-Residents
Group Exercise Information
**Due to COVID-19 restrictions , we are currently prohibited from allowing non-residents to participate in our exercise clsses.**
We invite members of the community to attend our fitness classes, whether with a resident, as a future resident, or as a walk-in visitor to Wyndemere.

Before participating, all non-residents must complete an emergency contact information form and sign a liability waiver. Residents, non-residents, guests and family members may obtain the required waiver from the onsite Fitness Manager, Group Exercise Instructors, the Reception Desk in the lobby, or download the form from the Wyndemere Fitness Center website.

Due the high demand and participation rate in our classes, the following guidelines have been established to accommodate as many participants as possible while still providing a safe and effective workout.

Group Exercise Non-Resident Policies
· All non-residents must be 18 years or older to attend exercise classes.

· All non-residents must complete an emergency contact information form before participation.

· All non-residents must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

· Non-residents are required to pay a fee of $5 per class attendance, which is due upon arrival.

· Non-resident privileges for attending exercise classes may be limited at the instructor’s discretion due to high class participation. This includes limiting the resident-to-guest ratio per class, restricting attendance of certain classes, or limiting participation in certain classes due to high attendance or space and/or equipment limitations.

· For all classes utilizing equipment or chairs, residents of Wyndemere receive first priority prior to the start of class. After class commences, any individual arriving late will be subject to equipment availability and the first-come/first-serve policy.

· If a class is at capacity prior to the start of class, non-residents may be asked not to participate. In this case, there is no $5 fee. After class commences, any individual seeking entry to a class already at capacity will be turned away.

· If a class is moved for any reason (i.e. special presentations, holidays and marketing events) to an alternate location where space may be limited, residents of Wyndemere will receive first priority prior to the start of class. After class commences, any individual arriving late will be subject to equipment availability and the first-come/first-serve policy. On these occasions, class instructors will make every effort to notify all class participants ahead of time. Non-residents may be asked to not attend class that day.

· Please be considerate of other individuals’ exercise space. Do not crowd a person who has arrived before you.

· Please be on time. Entering a class in progress is disruptive and not recommended.

· In the case of a class or program in which a non-resident requires supervision by a caregiver, the caregiver must remain on-site and assist the non-resident as needed. Class instructors are not responsible for the one-on-one care of an individual during class.
