Equipment Orientations

From NuSteps to elliptical cross trainers, Wyndemere has a variety of cardiovascular and strength equipment for all fitness levels.  Our top-of-the-line Life Fitness selectorized strength machines are highly adaptable to all body types. Dumbbells and various balance aids are also available.  The fitness staff will provide you with a list of custom settings for each machine.  Appointment required.
