Guest Policy

At this time, absolutely no guests are permitted to use the Aquatic Center.

Failure to comply with the guidelines or any other abuse of guest privileges could result in termination of Aquatic Center use.

Individuals must be able to enter and exit the pool independently as their will be no assistance available.

Wyndemere employees and staff are prohibited from assisting residents in the pool area.

Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, conjunctivitis, cold, nasal or ear discharge, communicable disease, or who is wearing any kind of bandage or band-aid will not be permitted in the pool.

Persons having any considerable area of exposed sub-skin tissues, open blisters, cuts, etc., are warned that these are likely to become infected. Such persons may not use the pool.

Members who are incontinent at any time or experiencing irregular bowel movements are prohibited from using the pool.

Any adult who is experiencing even a mild case of diarrhea may not use the pool until they have had at least 36 hours of recovery from the case.
Caregivers

Caregivers may assist their resident as space allows

Caregivers may not assist during pool classes at this time.

Per the Wyndemere Caregiver Code of Conduct, caregivers are not permitted to use the pool unless they are assisting a resident.
